Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in the UK, EU, America and Canada. Delivery to other countries is usually possible if payment is by Paypal. Please email and we'll let you know.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days but during busy periods this may be longer. Please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK, 21 days for the EU and 28 days for America and Canada. If you need your order urgently please e mail or ring us and we’ll do our best to help.

How much is the delivery charge?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class. Charges are as follows:

What should I do if the item I want to order is out of stock?

Please e mail us and we’ll let you know when the item will be available.

What should I do if I want to return an item?

Like Clockwork have a ‘no quibble’ return policy. Please e mail us within 3 days of receipt giving us the details. We will then issue you with a returns number. We will refund any item returned to us in its original condition. If the return is due to any mistake on our part or the item being faulty we will also refund postage.

Will my details be passed on to a third party?

No, Like Clockwork will never sell or pass on our customer’s information.

How secure are my credit card details?

We take the security of our customer’s information very seriously. We use a SSL secure shopping basket. We don’t have access to your credit card information at any point in the transaction.

Are all the clockwork toys suitable for children?

Some of the toys on this website are for adult collectors only. These are clearly marked for age 14 and over. All the others are CE marked and suitable for age 3 and over. In some cases we have recommended a suitable minimum age (i.e. we have recommended AWIKA etc in Desk Toys for age 8 and over, though the packaging is marked for age 3 and over)

While, in our experience, children love clockwork toys, young children may need help to wind them up and should be discouraged from treating them roughly.
