Making A Purchase
Secure Website – Pay by credit or debit card using our secure shopping basket.
We also accept payment by cheque, in this case please contact us by email or phone with your order and we will send a pro forma invoice by return.
Like Clockwork is not registered for V.A.T.
Delivery / Shipping Information
In order to reduce shipping costs your order will be sent to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and we will inform you by e-mail when you order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, but during busy periods this may be longer. Please allow up to 14 days delivery in the UK, 21 days delivery for the EU and 28 days for America and Canada.
If an item is out of stock when you order we will notify you by email of the expected delivery date for the item.
Packaging
All boxes that are delivered to us are either re-used or flattened and recycled. Other packing materials such as bubble wrap, Styrofoam chips and plastic bags are all re-used when packing orders to minimise our environmental impact.
We use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
Postal Charges
All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class. Charges are as follows:

Credit Card Security
Like Clockwork use Google Checkout to process credit card transactions in order to ensure secure online transactions. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are not stored in clear text on any web site. Like Clockwork personnel have no access to credit card details at any time.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If any goods arrive less than perfect then you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Like Clockwork does not take any responsibility arising from misuse. Any problems arising from misuse, attempts at repair, dropping or extreme wear are not covered by this guarantee.
Returns Policy
Your order is governed by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods in re-saleable condition within seven days of receipt.
Like Clockwork operate a ‘no-quibble’ returns policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email us at keyperson@likeclockwork.biz within 3 days of receipt.
Refunds are given if the goods are unobtainable, faulty or damaged. An exchange will be offered & if a replacement is not available then a credit or a refund will be issued.
If for any reason you have received such an item and you feel you need to return it to us, then send to the return address on your parcel. Please note this must be within 7 days (non-working days inc.) of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in an exchange or credit note only being offered. We will offer exchange or a credit note up to 28 days from the purchase date.
If the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, then your total payment including shipping will be refunded or a replacement sent to you free of charge, however if the goods are unsuitable or no longer required, you must cover the costs of returning the goods back to us and where a refund is required the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
It is the customer’s responsibility for the safe return of any item being sent back to us. Items sent back to us must include all original packaging, leaflets, booklets, instructions or inserts that were inside when you received it and in the condition it was received. Proof of purchase is required for returned items so please return the original receipt, copies will not be accepted. Replacement items can only be sent out on the return of the original item.
We will not exchange or refund goods that are willfully / accidentally damaged, repaired or modified. All returns are down to our discretion.
Like Clockwork recommends that you use a Recorded Delivery Method when returning your item. Like Clockwork reserves the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the returned item is not in a re-saleable condition. The customer is responsible for all delivery charges back to Like Clockwork. After the seven-day period incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to return due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will incur a 10% restocking fee and delivery costs will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected. Returns should be clearly labeled and addressed to: Like Clockwork, The Stables Stoke Park, Stoke Bruerne, Northants, N12 7RZ, UK.
Liability
The customer will be responsible for ensuring the goods fit the purpose of the application. Like Clockwork endeavors to ensure that the information displayed on this website is correct. We accept no liability in respect of loss arising from errors in the information provided. In no event shall any breach of contract or tort or negligence or failure of any kind on our part or that of our employees be accepted as liability for loss of revenue or consequential loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever.

Like Clockwork respects your privacy and does not sell or pass on any customers personal details including email addresses & phone numbers to any outside party or organisation for any purpose, although we may contact you via email to notify you of special offers occasionally.
We always include an unsubscribe link in our emails or you can choose not to be contacted by email on our website.
We will only ever contact you by telephone if there is a specific order related query and have not managed to contact you by email first.
We hold the right to pass on any information to relevant authorities at their request. This does not affect your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

Product Information and Colours
Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in local display settings (monitors, screens, graphic cards etc. ), we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
